Does anyone know? A neighbour (I only know his first name), was arrested during the week. Put in a police van in cuffs and they spent 90 minutes turning his house inside out (I saw them going through his bins and leaving with three bags of evidence). If he was charged would his name be on the local court rolls the following week or does it take longer?
