Does anyone else feel rubbish about their weight?

I follow a lot of influencers on Instagram and they mostly size 6 ,so thin and toned and it makes me feel rubbish but I can't stop following.
I'm 38 and I'm 5ft 7
I weigh 10 stone ,I would love to be 8 1/2 but it just seems like such a hard job.
My bmi is 21.9 at the minute
Ordered some size 10 jeans from Zara and they won't fasten
I'm normally a 10 or a small in most places but I just can't get these to fasten.
I'm feeling a bit rubbish
Anyone else the same boat ?

Also the influencers are posting their highlight reel. Posing, lighting, editing, filters. Even they don't look like that!

I had anorexia as teenager/young adult. Way before social media thankfully.
You don't feel good because you don't feel good. Weight won't change that.
You know you are right in middle of healthy range so don't need to gain or lose so concentrate on what it is you are feeling.
Delete anyone that is posting their weight/size etc on SM

Take time off Instagram seriously, I've found when I've been using it (I don't even follow these types) I start thinking about my appearance, thinking I'm overweight etc look bloated etc but in the most blunt way I have a happy life, I get laid - will also say Zara has terrible sizing (all over the place) never assess yourself by a brand's dress size

Your bmi is good!

The jeans might just not be your shape. Doesn't mean you're suddenly a size 12

Size 10 jeans from Zara probably are a size 6 for other shops! I've got no desire to be a size 6. I'm happy at a 10-12 and BMI of 24.

You’re 38 you won’t be a skinny slip of a girl any more. I used to be 8 stone got up to 12 stone now 10 stone 3 and v happy with that.

I came on here genuinely thinking that someone was feeling the same as me. Instead you have successfully made me feel even worse about myself in the space of 5 seconds! I'm the same height and a similar age but considerably heavier than you (as in I couldn't even dream of being 10 stone). Stop following influencers and just make sure that you are healthy that's the most important thing.
