Wyyd about work and sickness?

So I work at a hospital, I have had flu for the past week, in now at the stage where I have a heavy cold and am rather fatigued still. I have a 12.5 hour night shift tomorrow, if I don't go in I need a doctors note, I probably would be able to struggle though but I'm not sure whether it's fair for my colleagues or patients to be going in still not 100%! What would you do?

I would get a drs note. Unacceptable to work in a hospital with patients with a heavy cold you can give them that was originally flu

Out of hour's gp or walk in centre
