Please give me some options to raise money to pay this tax bill?

I'm part self employed and employed. I have just had my second self assessment through (done by an accountant) and have earned 57K taking me over the threshold. I'm pretty clueless about all of this and I now owe around 13K. I budgeted 25% each month (sadly) so I'm short of around 7K and also need to find 5K for July.

I'm divorced and on my own. I have no savings. My Mum has offered to lend me some money and to pay it back when I can. I have no other credit apart from my mortgage. What are my other options to raise this money? Credit card? Extend my mortgage? Any other options? I have spoken to HMRC and they are aware. I have an appointment with my accountant on Monday to discuss becoming a ltd company.

Thank you so much in advance. I'm really worried.

Set up as a ltd company asap and apply for a loan against the company.
