Just listened to Ed Davey, Lib Dem leader, avoiding saying "yes, I am sorry for not giving this matter the attention it deserved when it was brought to my notice." As you listen to him slithering around, avoiding any responsibility, potential voters must be falling away in droves. I don't know how much responsibility ED has, he obviously feels its minimal, maybe it is. But bloody hell! With all the avoidance, people will assume guilt. If you're a Lib Dem, have a word. It's embarassing to listen to.

Whilst he is not perfect, there is no suggestion of corruption, no tax avoidance until found out and investigated by HMRC, no failing to acknowledge all children fathered, all of which apply to Conservative governments of the last five years.

Agreed. I don't usually have a problem with Mr Davey and will be voting for his party in the next GE. I just feel that, given the shoddy bunch of evasive truth-twisters that have spent the past 14 years telling us black is white if they say it is, he'd be a bit better. Ridiculous of me I suppose.
