Probably stupid question about the London eye

DS2 is desperate to go on it for some reason. We have tickets to a show nearby for 6.30. If I book a slot for the Eye at about 3pm will that be ok? I'm aware the time slot is the time to join the queue not get on.

Oh my...I think it was in total...FFS. Just looked again and don't know why I thought that! Shame as I was warming to the Shard having looked at it properly. What an idiot.

You could get a deal with Merlin and go to London dungeon or aquarium or something also for not much more

I've been on twice recently and paid under £30 each time .
My eyes popped out when I read £95. I've never seen such a price !!

It's not worth that money. It's good and we've done it a few times but we've got Merlin passes and live quite near.

Yes I think you should look at booking a little earlier. Better to be nice and leisurely than watching the minutes tick by as the queue shuffles slowly forward.

Can you stretch to fast track? Can't remember how much extra it was when we went but it was totally worth it. We turned up about 20 mins early and the guy just let us in. Then we were straight on, no hanging about at all.
