UPS- is this the most useless company ever?

Came home to find a small package wrongly left by UPS in my mail box.

It is addressed to a completely different name and the postcode is for houses at the other end of my street rather than my postcode.

It had my house number though so I assume whoever did the label at UPS put the wrong street number ( my house is number 4 and I assume this should have been addressed to number 14 or 24 further up which would match the postcode).

Tried calling UPS customer service to get someone to come back and pick it up but I was put through someone who was barely understandable, on a poor phone line who just could not even take down my postcode and kept asking me to repeat things. After 5 minutes of that I told them I wanted to speak to a manager, put on hold and then told a manager would call back.

Frankly I am seriously annoyed at having to waste my time on this because of their incompetence in labelling and delivering parcels.

Anyone knows if there is an email to contact to make a complaint and get them to pick up their damn parcel and leave me out of this?

I am not in the best of health and I don't have any energy to deal with other people's admin right now.

I've thought their shitness inspired the brown uniforms and brown vans.

No, I think Evri take that title.

Someone finally called me back to say they would come to pick up the parcel on Monday.

I told them I wanted to make a complaint about the fact that they had on their records that the parcel had been signed for. I was not at home and would not sign for a parcel that was not meant for me.

These delivery companies just have appalling practices.
