With 15/30hrs funded childcare, what do you pay per day?

Just hoping to get an idea as to budgets as I understand it’s divided up and if you use it all year round, more like 11 hours or 22 hours ‘free’. Also know there can be top ups.

What do you pay per day?

Totally depends, some setting charge nothing on top of the funded hours, one nursery near me charges £4 for every funded hour so up to £40 a day.

30 hours funding stretched over the year for 3 days a week £30.10 a day as nursery is open 8am till 6pm so you pay for unfunded hours and lunch.

You would be best asking people on your local area. Every local authority pays a different amount of funding per hour so this generally dictates if settings ask for a contribution and how much of one.
