I get this too. I was chatting to someone recently that said they used to have it and started year round open water swimming and it’s cured it for her. I can’t persuade myself to run into cold water so can’t say the same!

That's interesting! I started last summer but haven't been brave enough to carry on over winter

Sorry to derail. I think my daughter has this. But as well as the change of colour and cold extremities she also sometimes gets very hot hands. Does that mean it’s not Reynauds??

I get very hot hands more than cold ones, but it is apparently Raynaud's all the same.

Actually, what usually happens is that two of my fingers are raging hot, the middle one is normal temperature and the other two are freezing cold.

I used to have it in my hands when I was younger but it seemed to get better as I got older, around 50 and I never really get it now.

I have it in both feet and hands. Such minor things trigger it, like getting lunch out of the fridge.
I’m going to speak to my GP because this is also my third year of getting chilblains and my blood pressure seems to be dropping quite low. I have hypothyroidism and I’ve just been told in the past that some people feel the cold more than others 🥶
