Has anyone booked a flight via Love holidays and can answer a question please?

Hi all,

Basically I'm a bit clueless and travelling with a child, so want to get it right.

Booked a holiday to Krakow via Love holidays. I'm assuming I can't check in until 24 hours before but I've tried using the login details they provided on the Ryan air website to check flight details and it's not coming up with anything.

Also, for some reason on the info, the email address isn't mine...it's the first part of my email (my initial and surname) with

@adzwaverroial.com at the end!
I definitely booked with my email address and have had emails and correspondence to my email. Is this normal?

I have booked two different holidays with love holidays but not with Ryanair.

In my experience they give you the booking reference with the airline and then you can manage your booking.

I have no idea what's going on with that email address but found love holidays customer service reasonably helpful compared to some.

Thank you. I've gone to the Ryan air website and if I put in my booking ref and my email address (as it says to input the one you booked with) then nothing comes up. If I input my booking ref and the weird email above, I'm the top left corner of the webpage it does seem to show my flight destination and time but nothing else. I can't access anything. Im wondering if it's because I can't check in yet and there is no more info to show but the weird email is concerning me! I've been on the virtual chat with love holidays but no use. Can't find an email contact for them either!
