My head is exploding

Ok not exactly but I've had horrendous ear pressure for several days, nausea and stomach ache. Headaches behind me left eye and left sinus pain. I've not had a cold.

What the hell is it?

My friend was just at doc today for ear infection. Similar symptoms. She was prescribed steroids and anti biotics. There seems to be all manner of stuff doing the rounds atm.

Yes could be. Also palpitations.

I bang on about it all the time but I’m sure all those tiny tubes are going to be the next big thing in health- like gut biomes are now. They get out of synch so easily.
Chew gum, alternate hot and cold drinks, pull your ear lobes.

I had something very similar that came in waves over about 5 weeks and ended just before Christmas.
