When you're ovulating, what symptoms do you get? I want to know if I'm normal because the second I hit 30 my symptoms have gotten so much worse!

.bloating
.flatulance
.nausea
.stomach cramps
.sometimes diarrhoea
.stomach just feels really gurgly and uncomfortable so eating is annoying. I can go from starving and then the second I eat I feel so yucky!

I never had any sign of ovulating.

Isn't ovulation supposed to make you MORE attractive to the opposite sex??

Seriously though, if I cast my mind back, I did used to get twangy pains in my lower abdomen.

Apparently so haha! My symptoms definitely don't add the the 'appeal' 😂

I never did either! It was only after my c section that they started to become more and more unpleasant 🙈 thank you for your input! 😊

My symptoms of ovulating used to be a few little butterfly flutters in my hipbone region then a massive spike in my sex drive.

My symptoms of PMT were more like what you describe though.

Worryingly, I'm getting all those symptoms now I'm perimenopausal and I've just learned that those symptoms can also be an early sign of ovarian cancer.

I just get mittelschmerz.

I'm postmenopausal now but when I was ovulating I had no unpleasant symptoms, just a change in cervical mucus and a strong urge to chase my DH around the bedroom.

None. 🤣

I get period pain level cramping for a couple of days when I ovulate. It's got worse and worse since mid thirties.
