Dd is 10. She’s 11 in March and I think she’s coming up to maybe starting her first period. She’s extremely hormonal. Very teary one minute, cross the next and then happy again.
She has other signs but obviously I’m not going to list them.
We have bought in some pads for her, she chose what pattern (she wanted reusable like me), I’ve stocked up on painkillers and I’ve also made sure to have sweet stuff in the house including hot chocolate.
I’m also have to excuse her from PE (she’s year 6) because her legs are aching all the time right now.
How else can I help her? It’s very hard to see her mood swinging like it is. She’s normally a really sweet girl
