£65 billion is what they say the final HS2 bill could be by the time it's finished.

Do you think it is money well spent, or would you choose to spend that much money on something else, and if so, what?

I'm sure someone will suggest it could keep the beloved NHS going for ever, but it would only last for 4 months. Even so, £65bn is a lot of money. That's a grand for every person in the country.

If people are that obsessed with getting up to to Brum quicker, just set your alarm for 30 minutes earlier. Problem solved.

Use it to investigate the rise of SEN and develop support services to help children while they are still young and thus avoid a major societal issue in 15 years time.
