I have been an avid sleep talker and occasional sleep walker. It’s frustrating, affects my sleep
quality and is defo worse when I’m stressed.
My DC has started sleep walking more, not left the bedroom more stood up and crying / uncontrollably fearing something. It takes a good 5mins to calm them down and another 5/10mins to go back to sleep.
Any advice on how to help a child with sleep walking / being scared while sleeping? Any triggers to avoid or reduce like cheese before bedtime 😂
