Do we tripes/antibac wipes/hand wipes count as liquid for going through airport security?

Just what the title says really. Do antibac wipes/handwipes/wet wipes count as liquids and need to be in the tiny clear bag?

No, I carried wipes separately from my small plastic bag in my hand luggage.

wipes are seperate and don't count as liquid.

I've always put them separately. But did once have airport staff debate whether my wet wipes were classed as liquid.
