Saggy boobs .. how on earth do I push them up 🤣

I’m sick of my saggy tits era tbh!

Is it actually impossible to push them up with a bra? They do NOT push up. They quite literally fold and go a very odd looking shape in a push up bra and no matter what I do I cannot get any cleavage. Absolutely no guts in them whatsoever …. Just saggy, empty skin (yay).

If anybody has a hack, please share?!

There isn't one without surgery. My post breastfeeding boobs were like spaniels ears, no flesh in them just empty sacs of skin. I had a breast lift because I didn't want implants and they have lasted a good 30 years and still looking good.

@Gettingbysomehow haha spaniels ears, that’s exactly what they look like!

Thank you for your honesty, I think I may have to start saving for a breastlift….

A proper bra will absolutely support any spaniels ears if it's the right shape and size.

Go see a proper bra fitting shop (not M&s etc!) and discuss shape and style. I like balconette bras for my shape but it's hard to get them in my size tbh!

I've always wanted to have a bespoke bra or five made at Rigby and Peller....

What sizs bra are you? Are they big and saggy in which case get a better more expensive bra but if they are literally just empty skin with hardly any fat no volume at all, then no maybe taping them up and bronzer make up trick.

Push ups and more push ups, they strengthen and enlarge the supportive muscles around the boobs. Push ups rescued my sagging post breast feeding droopy boobs.

The shape of your breasts and the space between them will suit different bras, for some a plunge bra gives better cleavage, others a balconette is better..

Surgery fixed mine

Maybe do a handstand and learn to 'walk' on your hands. Your boobs will go in the direction you desire, not that anyone will be looking at them
