DS has to do a time plan of a menu for GCSE nutrition. He is doing vegetable soup and scones for the starter, bolognese for the main and brownies for dessert. Essentially he pickee the easiest choices as he is dyspraxic and really struggles to multi task. Exam is this week and he is stressing about how to time everything. He has tried to loosely plan it, but getting more and more frustrated when he's putting pen to paper. I know how to make each dish individually (as does DS) but have never made a three course meal where all the dishes have to be ready at the same time. We really should have practiced in depth but haven't had much time due to my job (emergency services worker) and toddler DD who's been unwell recently. Any advice from savvy, put together mumsnetters would be greatly appreciated? I'm obviously not expecting anyone to do a time plan for him but even general advice would be appreciated.
