Accidentally fed dd raw fish, she will be fine won’t she?

One of those days where I’m running late and dd2 (ASD) has to have her dinner bang on 5pm or the world will end.
Chucked a piece of battered cod in the air fryer, cooked for 20 minutes, looked cooked (fish usually cooks pretty quickly), served it to dd. Noticed when washing up that she had left a bit, when I poked it with a fork I realised it was raw/frozen 😬. I don’t think she ate very much of it but hard to tell. I now feel really guilty and worried she will be unwell (I’m an emetophobe). She’s probably eaten far worse in her life time, and had had food poisoning in the past.

Please tell me all will be fine?

Technically its already cooked before it gets battered and frozen. I reckon she'll be fine, food poisoning is pretty quick, she'd already be ill if she was going to be.

When ds was small he took a liking to frozen fish fingers straight from the freezer. I had to actually lock the freezer to stop him sneaking them.
He was fine every time.

Oh no! Your poor daughter! Did you eat any?

It didn’t look cooked, looked almost transparent? Maybe it was just because it was cold? 🤢.

She seems fine. I just worry as she managed to eat raw pork a couple years ago and contracted Trichinellosis, as a result she’s now lactose intolerant from being so unwell.

Maybe it's like sushi?

I didn’t eat any.

I think she has consumed raw fish fingers in the past, I usually lock the kitchen as she will eat almost anything.

Oh god that's horrendous

I am hoping it’s the same as sushi 🤣

Not really. The 'incubation' period for food poisoning is around four to 48 hours.

She’ll be fine. Frozen fish is usually flash frozen very soon after being caught and there’s no time for bacteria to develop. I’m emetophobic and the would honestly barely bother me

Thank you everyone, she seems fine, I’m guessing if it was going to make her ill it would have by now.
