I can’t get into Netflix!

On my TV. I can get into other streaming services, but Netflix, the screen just goes blank. Doesn’t show the profile icons or anything! I pay by direct debit, haven’t had an e mail from them, it’s a mystery.

Anyone any ideas?

This exact thing happened to me last night. I just switched my TV on and off again then Netflix worked after that - no idea why !

Ds uses it on his laptop but no one else.

Ah, ok, I haven’t tried turning it off and on on the actual TV.
