GHIC card delays

Hello,

has anyone applied for a GHIC card recently? I applied in November and I received a ‘successful’ application but the card hasn’t arrived. This was 6 weeks ago. Says 3 weeks for card to be sent. I need it for DC’s school trip.

I can’t find a contact number or email address as I’d like to follow up.

has anyone heard of delays? Or have contact details?

Applied for 2 back in November and got them within a week. I think your "successful" email has a link to a general enquiries Web page?

Did you use the correct site to order it?

They don't make it easy to find the number!

You are awesome!!! There was no number on the email. They obviously don’t want calls. Thank you so much! I did order through they correct gov site.

We got ours very quickly. We ordered them at the end of November and got them less than two weeks later.
