What to do with a Camembert cheese ?

We’ve got one lurking pungently at the back of the fridge. DP says he fancies it for tonight’s tea. Not sure what to do with it or what to have it with. Any ideas ?

Bake it! Cut a couple of holes in the top, pop in some garlic and rosemary and white wine. 180c for about 20 minutes or so until it's bubbling. Dip in some crusty bread of raw veg. Divine!

I put a series of deep scores in the top, bit of olive oil, chilli flakes or fresh chillies. Bake it. When it's bubbling, take it out. I dip crusty bread/baguette and butter in it then top that with mango chutney. 😋

There’s Camembert?! We never get any Camembert!!

Hedgehog camembert bread - so simply, utterly delicious. Basically you shove it in a loaf of tiger bread (or whatever you like), drizzle with herbs and oil and bake. You end up with a delicious tear and share bread and baked camembert in one.

We ate our 'Christmas ' camembert for tea on Friday baked as above and with crusty baguette. We may also have found some pigs in blankets in the freezer that needed eating up which we also cooked to eat alongside it.

Bake and serve with crusty bread. If not, how about making something similar to macaroni cheese and adding camembert as a topping.
