Can't sleep- feeling poorly

Can anyone take my mind off the fact I'm poorly and can't sleep! I have seen every hour!

Not sure if it's flu or covid (gonna get covid test today)

Why is anyone else up?

Husband is also poorly now

Wish I'd saw this thread earlier, was up half the night myself think I've had 3hrs broken sleep, between my cold symptoms, my anxiety, my reflux and trapped wind - I feel like fucking hell.
Considering faking a sick day for the kids just so I don't have to get dressed and take them to school - is that very bad? 🙈
