Please help

So the past 4 days Iv had a nasty cold/flu but 2 days ago started to get what I would describe like a contraction like wave of pain/nausea that starts at the left side of stomach and gradually dies over on the left . It was mild enough and manageable but Iv been up all night now it’s getting stronger and coming quicker. Iv tried to make myself sick etc but nothing is coming up

Also when I eat it dies down for a while but comes back and hour r 2 after

Are you getting plenty of liquids?

I can't help here as I'm not medically trained but perhaps phone call to GP tomorrow or 111 now?

Yes Iv been drinking lots. I have no appetite but when I force it down it stops for a while

Yep I've lost appetite with some sort of virus thing, doesn't help does it? Because then you feel weak.
