What are these insects I keep having in my kitchen?

Please help me identify what this insect is? I find one or two on my kitchen worktop each time I'm in there. I keep the kitchen clean, wipe surfaces multiple times a day etc. I find them mainly around my microwave, hob and sink area. Help!

Inspect/bin dry foods (opened and unopened). Put in glass containers and bin packaging if possible. If you want to keep anything freeze it for a couple of days to kill of any potential eggs/larve. Clean/vacuum where found. Don't buy in bulk so it is lying for a long time.

Thank you. At first glance, I can't see any in my flour, rices, grains etc. I transfer them all into airtight jars after I buy. But I need to have a really good look at my selves and cupboards though. I only see them on the worktop. Where else could they be coming from? How can I get rid of them?

Do you have any bird seed etc? Give your flour / pasta / grains a shake and see.

I found them in rice once, that at first glance I couldn’t see there!

They’ll be coming from some food source if they’re weevils!

Tuppawear doesn't cut it with weevils, I found them in flour that had been in an air tight tuppawear container and they were diving about in it happy as Larry.

We had these in a sack of birdseed. Birdseed was in the hall but kept finding the weevils in the kitchen. Took a long while till they finally went!

Yes, could be birdseed! I keep it under the sink unsealed. Tomorrow I'm going to have a very thorough check through my pantry cupboard and do a deep clean. I also have some baking powder, cocoa powder, porridge oats etc. that are not in airtight containers, so they may well have come from there.
