Can I return these to M&S?

I bought sleep/soft socks before Xmas and when I went to cut the tag it had pulled the fabric right the way through

I also bought pyjamas which are such poor quality they are virtually see through and after washing the top resembles a crop top!

Do you think they'll refund or give me a credit note, I'd be happy with either (no receipt but the purchase is on my credit card statement)

I'd get copy of credit card statement out and take it down.

I'd contact their customer services online and see what they say. I've always found them to be very helpful especially if you have a complaint about the quality of something.

I got a refund on a top that shrunk after washing according to instructions. I brought it back in and there was no problem.

Unless you live miles away or it would take you three buses to get there why would you not go and ask them?

If you have a Sparks card and scanned it when you shopped that will have retained a copy of the receipt.
