My DS is 16 and receives high rate PIP mobility so therefore can learn to drive a year earlier and has his provisional at 16.
The reasons for his PIP award will not affect his ability to learn to drive.
I am struggling to find an instructor who is willing to teach him. Do instructors have insurance that only allows students from age 17? Wondering if I should give up trying this point? Thanks
