Pork mince recipes? It's on offer I've never tried it before

Does anyone have nice pork mince recipes please it's on a ocado flash sale.

I use it for chilli con carne and spag bol as it's much tastier than beef.

Pork fried rice. Fry off the mince, add some ginger, garlic and sriracha, fry it for a minute. Add some cooked rice (freshly cooked or the microwave stuff both work well), soy sauce & sesame oil, cook for another minute. Shove it one side of the pot, chuck in an egg, scramble it and stir through the mince & rice. If I have carrots I’ll grate one or two and add them in and according to the recipe you should add peas, but peas are evil so I don’t bother. Cut some spring onions to serve and sprinkle in some sesame seeds if you have them and top with more sriracha.

10 minutes start to finish and absolutely delicious.
