Refund?

I bought something on 17th November for Christmas.
So obviously didn't give it till Christmas.
On the receipt it says refund available until 15th November.
For Christmas gifts exchange or gift card available until 23rd Jan.

But the only reason I'm returning this is because it doesn't work!
So am I still not covered for a refund then?

Yup. Faulty items can be covered for you to 6 years.

though most companies give you a year. But faulty is entirely different

Do you mean 15th December?

VisionsOfSplendour · 06/01/2024 14:30

Those dates are for when the product isn't wanted not for when it's faulty, just return it

Ok so they should still give me a refund? Just worried they'll say they'll only give an exchange when I get there that's all.

(Yes I meant December not November)

Goods need to be fit for purpose and last a reasonable amount of time, so if this item is faulty, then they should either refund you or exchange it for another one.

It's t k maxx so I doubt they've got another one
