Which 2nd hand Canon CAMERA to buy please?

I need to buy a 2nd hand Canon camera this weekend.

3 options local to me are:

EOS 550D

EOS 7D mark ii set

60d

anyone know about Canons please?

Sorry not about recent models, I cannot help. Used to work in a camera shop (think local business similar to Jessops) but that was in my youth.
