Me and my husband have recently joined U.C.
I look after our 1 year old son and don't have any work commitments.
My husband earns a wage.
He usually pays a fair sum of CSA to his other son, but recently we have been notified the CSA will be coming out of our U.C payment which is £7 per week.
It says online if you receive U.C then u pay a flat rate of £7 CSA.
Does anyone know if this is because Iam not working and IAM also on the claim? It seems strange that he is working and receiving U.C but only paying the £7 per week?
