4 month old throwing up antibiotics

My 4 month old has been prescribed antibiotics (the banana tasting ones). However every time we try to give her them she’ll spit them back out and eventually projectile vomit them back up.
We’ve been using a syringe to the cheek, also tried my fingers, dummy and spoon all to the same effect. He’s the exact same with calpol or nurofen.

Really worried about a hospital admission if we don’t get at least some of it in her. Anyone have a magic cure to get babies to take medicine??

Is she maybe allergic to them?

I don’t think allergic saying as it’s the same with pain killers. We will be phoning GP if we can’t get next set in.
