I cant cry

Is it normal to lose the ability to cry on anti depressants. Im so down and feel like a good cry would help me release it all and i just cant get it out.

They do make you a bit numb.
I didn’t cry for ages but after an optician’s checkup they said I had very dry eyes, prescribed eye drops and now the tears are flowing a bit more freely

I finally managed to squeeze it out.

It was like that feeling where a sneeze is fizzing in your nose or a word is on the tip of your tongue but they just wont come out. So frustrating.

I did a hyperventilate cry with many many tears and feel a bit more free.
