Mint Velvet jeans - pulled tag off

I got a pair of mint velvet jeans in the sale, so still pricey.

Arrived today and I tried them on. Seemed ok. Removed the tag. Now thinking I don't like them and they're too long.

Can I still return them? Got all the packaging etc and obviously unworn
