Best city break location in Feb for family?

I was lucky enough to get a bonus payment from work this Christmas and have decided I'm going to use it to take the family on a city break in the Feb holidays. We never go away then so it's a proper treat and I'm acutely aware of how lucky we are to have the chance to do this.

I've got £2k to spend on flights/hotels. 3 or 4 nights.

Where would you go in Feb that we could spend a couple of days sightseeing and soaking up a bit of culture? With fun stuff for the kids (aged 8 and 10).

Prague or Budapest are both on my wish list for this year.

Have done Barcelona, Venice and Rome at that time of year before with a primary school age child. Would recommend any of them.

Reykjavík? Budget easyJet flights. Hire a car and download a northern lights app (there are several) and do your own northern lights hunting. Plenty of wild and wonderful nature to explore!

Florence - plenty of art and history.
Likewise, Prague.

Copenhagen is great for kids. Likely to be chilly though! How about Barcelona?
