Mine’s down as well, and when I tried to sign in via the website I got an error message. Typical - had 20 mins or so to do my order, and no joy!

Yea, it's down I think. Really annoying as I want to do a click and collect for tomorrow. I can't face the actual store!

If you've already made the order and booked the slot but just wanted to make changes then the delivery should go ahead with what was already on it

It was working at 5 pm when I last made some changes

I'm annoyed as I have a slot booked for tomorrow but only put a few things in the basket intending to complete it tonight and now I can't get in. So I'm going to get stung for the additional charge for orders under £50, have to wait in for the stupid small order and still go out to a shop anyway if it doesn't start working in the next hour or so. I'd rather just cancel if I can't complete my order but if course I can't do that either. Grrr!

Same here and I can't for the life of me remember what I put in to hold the slot.

Still dealing with the butter mountain that was holding my Christmas delivery.

Can butter be frozen?

I'm in the same boat... a small order of basics and no chance of adding my massive list for tomorrow.

Send them a Facebook messenger to cancel the order. I've done that before on the morning of a delivery when I've messed up and forgotten to complete my order the night before.

Or phone them in the morning. I’ve cancelled on the morning for the same reasons more than once!

I'm also trying to add things to my order (since 8pm) and then when it came to payment got the error messages. No luck since. Hopefully they offer a full refund including the small basket charge!!

I was in a Tesco store a couple of hours ago and store staff were saying that it wasn’t working properly this evening.

Same here re having a placeholder order that was going to update. Due for delivery tomorrow at 10am such a waste of time in store and for driver to deliver so called to try and cancel - at about 9.30. They couldn't help as think their system also down. Recommended I try and call in am (open about 7am). Otherwise he said to refuse the order and should get full refund - but I also sent a whats app, so will see tomorrow!

Doesn't help our local tesco that would then go to, is closed due flooding and problems with power and prob closed until early next week!

According to rumblings on Twitter their whole system is down. Deliveries not being made, pick and packers unable to gather orders and some stores closing early. I’m annoyed, I pay for Delivery Saver and don’t want to have to go in store.

I usually hold my slot by adding a 4 man tent. Can’t wait for it to turn up tomorrow in the flipping rain and wind!!!!
