DH bought me a Simplehuman sensor mirror for Christmas and I love it. It’s a make up mirror which lights up when it detects you’re close and flips over when you wave your hand over a sensor, however, it has a complete mind of its own and it’s starting to freak me out.
It keeps lighting up when nobody is near it. I can be in the other room and see the light in the bedroom come on, which is very creepy. Other times I’ve seen it flip itself over with nobody near it, sometimes getting itself into a spin.
Obviously, this sounds like an electrical fault/glitch with the mirror, however last night, DS8 was in my room for a sleepover as we had guests, it was dark and as he was nodding off he said “Mummy, I don’t like your new mirror” and straight away the bastard thing started spinning!! Scared the living daylights out of us! I immediately text DH to come into the room and take it away. DS and I were totally freaked out and struggled to sleep after that.
Im just wondering if anyone else has this mirror and has experienced similar issues? Or do I need to call a priest to exorcise my Christmas present?
