Fit bit style watches?

Don't want to spend too much.
Just want it for basic tracking distance walked, heart rate etc.
Ive set myself a challenge of walking 12 miles a week. It's not much but need to start small and build.
Any reccomendations

I’ve got a Molocy Smartwatch from Amazon which cost about £20. I’ve had it for a year and it works really well. It’s paired with my iPhone so as well as tracking steps/exercise/heart rate/sleep, it also displays text messages,etc,.
