Anyone know anything about ECGs?

I haven't discussed with the GP yet.
I've had high blood pressure for a while and started amlodipine recently. My GP requested an ECG and bloods (haven't had the bloods done yet).
My ECG shows ventricular extrasystoles, abnormal repolarisation and and a prolonged QT interval.
I understand what these all mean separately (and the relationship between the PVCs and the long QT interval), but don't fully understand what is likely to happen next, or how much to worry about it.
I know I'll get flamed for looking without full understanding to back it up, but would really appreciate any thoughts / experiences.
TIA.

Depends very much on the reason it was done/what any previous ecg’s looked like/ whether it’s the QT or QTc/what the bloods show/any other drugs you might be on. GP is the best person to help given that they’ll have all that context.

I have prolonged qt intervals and the dr said it would affect which meds I would be able to take.

That's all I know so if you learn more I'd be interested.

@Greybeardy, this is a screenshot with the summary. My understanding is that the QTc is longer than it should be and the summary does quote prolonged QT interval.

As someone who takes and interprets ECGs the first thing I would tell anyone is don't rely solely on what the machine shows it's interpreting. This is why the GP or responsible clinician is the best person to discuss this with.
