Kids Pass

Has anyone used a Kids Pass and are they worth it? Ideally if you have examples of where/ when you've used it, as you can't seem to see the offers on the website without signing up!

We were given one of those experiences vouchers for Christmas and hardly any of the activities are local to us or things we want to do, but one option is a Kids Pass so interested to know if it's worth it! Grin

I get it as a benefit through wok and have never used it in over 3 years

LokiCokey · 03/01/2024 16:18

@idontlikealdi can I ask why? Is it just not that good or just no offers you'd use etc?

We found it quite useless tbh.

idontlikealdi · 03/01/2024 16:19

There has never been anything that we would use at the right time. IIRC the cinema ticket deals were ok but they were with odeon and our local one is Vue and I get a discount on those anyway so makes no sense. It may very much depend where you live as to what's accessible.

It’s crap! Don’t bother with it. Only a certain amount of deals which I always miss so there mustn’t be loads to be had in the first place!

Sarahmichbb · 05/03/2024 17:48

Discusting service. I as many others have shared, was auto renewed without my permission. No email was sent before hand like most companies do to remind of this. When I emailed I was told tough luck and I have to pay for the full year. Terrible company.

KatieWTY · 07/05/2024 20:52

I would not use it again. From my own experience bought for Gullivers from Kidspass - 1. they have a limit time using the ticket in 3-month OUTSIDE of school and bank holidays (which is when you need the discount most tbh), which leads to 2. the average price you are gonna pay for a weekday/standard weekend that they claim is cheaper is a False Claim. From their customer service when i made a complaint on this:

From Kidspass CS:
There may be times when an attraction may have a promotion running or may alter their prices for a period of time. Our prices do remain the same throughout the year.

The savings we give on the offer are an average and can sometimes be higher/lower as we do not ask for the date you are going to be using the codes for, to calculate the exact savings.

I have gone through the rest of calendar dates on Gullivers website when I made the complaint, I could have gotten cheaper deal from them direct on a weekday/weekend than Kidspass.

It's a scam (which I have overlooked)

Wishing all the moms the best.

Thanks all, I'll be giving it a miss then!!!

Kids pass is a scam, I had cancelled the subscription on their site but they continued to charge me because it didn't reflect on the app.

PanPanVP · 29/09/2025 08:15

Kids pass don't have many good offers. Most of the codes didn't work. Worst of all, after the free trial. I cancelled my subscription on their website but continued to get charges of £3.99!

Starburst8 · 29/09/2025 08:23

I wouldn't like others say even when you cancel you still get charged each month. I spotted it 2 months late but luckily my bank reversed the charges. Fingers crossed they stop taking payments now
