Best places to live in the world?

I wonder if you know of any really good, safe, clean, sunny places to live somewhere in the world? Good healthcare, good schools great outdoor spaces?

I’ve travelled a lot in my 20s and always said The UK is the best combination of culture/state/education and l love that it’s not too hot. However, now in my late 30s I have itchy feet yet again and would love to experience life abroad! I really liked Singapore but it can be a little cut off…

I'd love to move to New Zealand - spent 6 months there in my 20s and would move back in a heartbeat. Unfortunately a similar issue to Singapore with being so far away. Alternatively Canada would be an option.
