Metaquest 3 - how to make it safe?

Got 3 teens, all very naive and eldest has ASD and is socially v vulnerable. They don’t have Facebook or insta, and I’ve just about allowed WhatsApp. I have the settings on the router set v high.

We have a metaquest 3 (and I love it!) but currently there’s only me with an account on it. This is because Meta say that if they’re over 13 and have their own accounts they can delete supervision and change the passwords! WTF?

Additionally I’ve had to put a pin on the meta browser because it cheerfully opened Porn Hub without any trouble at all despite my router settings being so super safe.

So how do I keep them safe with this? Please help.

Set there ages below 13 that's what my partner has done on his.

Have you heard about the girl aged 16 who was virtually raped on Metaquest?
Children under the aged of 13 shouldn't be using it anyway because it hurts their eye development, but when I go onto it I notice there are a lot of young American children on there judging by their accents. Its a dangerous place to be.
