Best Turkey curry recipes please

Just got back from holiday and had frozen all the leftover turkey

My mother used to make a real 80s curry with leftover turkey and I want to make something similar

I normally make a hot curry with chicken which everyone loves but just fancy a change

Bump for the evening

I've found a delia colonial curry which seems pretty close

But just wondered if anyone has any amazing things they add?

What about a Thai red or green curry?

It is so delicious, and so very inauthentic. I suspect Delia's recipe is a rejig.
