Anyone else noticed that the Sainsbury's website is a fucking binfire?! It's been like that for months!

I've had to switch supermarkets because of the glitchy shit website, which has been virtually unusable since at least October. Is it like that for everyone? Is it because I'm on a Chromebook?

It's been longer than that, and it's even worse if you try and look at stuff on your phone.

Why on earth don't they do something about it? It's preposterous!

Yep! Search for an item, favourites either don't show at all or appear for a split second then they're gone. Then when you checkout there it is in the 'did you forget something' section. It's infuriating.

Yes! It’s a nightmare. Can never access my previous orders properly either, which would be helpful to use then just tweak. Surely they can afford something better?

Switched back to Ocado who I hate after they cancelled me during the pandemic (literally had an order placed they cancelled despite being a smart pass holder for ages.)

Not sure what's happened to Sainsbury's over the years. Seems to be much worse overall than it was in the past, website aside.

Oh, I thought it was just me! I assumed if it was that bad for everyone, it would have been fixed long ago!

I can get it working on my phone, but not my laptop - and trying to do a weekly shop through my phone is a right pain.

I was literally just thinking that. Plus their allergy alert thing which worked perfectly for years and was a god send has been out of action for months.

I use the app with no issues (apart from can see the star ratings but can't click on them to see reviews which is quite annoying), so might be worth downloading that.
