Footasylum customer service; how do you actually speak to a person?!

I ordered a parcel for next day delivery, but they sent it to somewhere in Scotland so it was then classed as undeliverable. They then emailed to say they were now sending it back to sender and I should contact them. Trying to actually speak to a person from Footasylum is a nightmare. They have a WhatsApp chat and FB page but both give automatic responses no option to speak to someone to ask about my refund for the item. They do not deal with any issues over Twitter either. Absolutely shocking customer service.
