Inspired by the current Jan blues thread, I thought I'd start a list of things I intend to do to make January a little more bearable. Feel free to share your own and hopefully make the month a little less dull.
- Eat and drink some of my favorite festive food and drink in moderation.
- Somewhat contradictory to no 1, eat more healthily and get moving again.
- Light my Christmassy/wintery scented candles. Scents are so evocative and the lights are much needed once the fairy lights come down
- indulge in some self care with new products that were Christmas gifts
- Get back into my winter evening routine of bath, bed, book and getting back into a decent sleeping pattern.
