Has anyone ever stuck to one?
I vowed to give up smoking in January 2016 and have never looked back.
I don't usually make resolutions but I do write a list at the beginning of each year of things I'd like to accomplish in the coming 12 months. I follow through on very few of them!
This year, my only real goal is to lose weight and get fit as I have a big birthday towards the end of the year so would like to enter the next decade of my life looking and feeling as good as possible.
What do you hope to accomplish this year?
