I kept receiving letters to my home, addressed to an individual who does not live here. This person has racked up a debt on their account and the firm are chasing them. The letters are coming to me.
The company are very difficult to get hold of, I have tried to contact them through social media and have received a couple of replies which barely make sense. It's so frustrating. I think it's a fashion brand, perhaps used to be one of those firms that produced a catalogue you could buy from.
What can i do? I don't want the baliffs round.
