Vinted help - mixed up 2 orders

I sold 2 items on Vinted and stupidly trusted DH to post them. Despite being labelled he mixed them up and they went to the wrong buyers. Any idea on what I should do about this to make it right for the buyers? Each item was around £8-9

The buyer can either

• keep the item
• return it.

If they return it this will be at their own expense. If you really wanted to you could offer to reimburse them the postage cost. Vinted does not require you to do this though.

(You are lucky the items are of equivalent value. I have just been sent something more expensive than the item I wanted. I have reached out to the buyer to ask if they want to cover the cost of return, but if they decline I will just sell it on, and hopefully the money will make up for the faff)

This happened to me once. I asked the two buyers to post to each other and paid for the extra postage. I was lucky as they were both happy to do so. You could try to ask them to do the same? You wont be making any money but at least you make it right for the buyers?

Happened to me so told them to keep it.
