For context I have an iphone and a mac, Never had a google account as I just use icloud but been told i need a google account for work.
Been trying to set one up for days and no matter what I do it gets to the phone number part then says this number has been used too many times, no option to skip, no help options and won't let me go further.
If I search for how many google accounts are linked to my number it says my number isn't being used with any accounts so I'm slightly confused!. I have tried two different numbers and even went out and bought a sim for a brand new number and it still says the same thing.
Tried different browswers, tried on my iphone, tried by doing it through the gmail app, tried doing it through youtube and get the same result. Also tried using my own email to set it up and that doesn't work either.
I know they do it to protect from scammers etc but this is ridiculous!
Anyone else having trouble or is it just me?
